a) Our return policy does not cover items that have been visibly worn, damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.
b) We do not accept returns for customized or personalized products, including those with monograms, engravings, or special requests.

e) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a store credit code of equivalent value via email within 7 business days.
If local abd brought into our store and approved credit will be given immediately on the spot.
