Holy Kickz LLC operates under a strict no refund policy. Once an order is placed and payment is made, all sales are considered final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or accidental purchases.

We understand that circumstances may arise where you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we offer a 20-day return policy from the date of purchase. Within this timeframe, you may return the item(s) purchased from our website, subject to the conditions outlined below.

a) The item(s) must be in the original condition as received, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
b) The return package must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
c) Any free promotional or bundled items received with the purchase must also be returned.
d) The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to our designated address.

4. Store Credit Only:
Upon successful return of the item(s) within the specified timeframe and meeting the conditions mentioned above, Holy Kickz LLC will provide you with store credit equal to the amount spent on the returned item(s). The store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code or voucher, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.

5. Exclusions:
a) Our return policy does not cover items that have been visibly worn, damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.
b) We do not accept returns for customized or personalized products, including those with monograms, engravings, or special requests.

6. Return Process:
To initiate a return and receive store credit, please follow these steps:
a) Contact our Customer Support team at 1-253-230-0409 within 20 days of purchase.
b) Provide the necessary information, including your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
c) Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code.
d) Pack the item(s) securely, along with the original invoice or proof of purchase, and ship it to our designated address, using a reputable shipping service with tracking capabilities.
e) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a store credit code of equivalent value via email within 7 business days.
If local abd brought into our store and approved credit will be given immediately on the spot.

7. Discretionary Measures:
Holy Kickz LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) fail to meet the return conditions outlined above or if it appears that the return policy is being abused. We may also exercise discretion in cases where the return request is made beyond the specified timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Holy Kickz LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the purchase, use, or inability to use our products or services.
